Breakfast at the hotel. Visiting the monastery of Khor Virap (4-17cc.), one of the ancient monasteries in Armenia, 200 meters away from the border of Turkey. It is the closest point to the mountain Ararat. When the weather is clear, the legendary Giant is visible like on the flat of a hand. Next, we go to the region of Vayots Dzor. Visiting Areni winery, wine tasting. Visiting the monastery of Noravank, the pearl of Armenian architecture. Later on, the famous Jermuk resort in the north-eastern part of Vayots Dzor. Jermuk region is famous for its unique sources, both fresh and mineral. It is rich with mineral waters. Next, visiting Areni village. Areni village is situated in the region of Vayots Dzor. It is famous for a variety of wines. Here you can visit some of the historical monuments and, of course, taste the famous wine "Areni". After the tour return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.

Visiting the pearls of Armenian architecture, the church of St. Hripsime (year 618), and the world's first Christian Cathedral (year 301). Tour of the unique museum and treasure house of the Armenian Church. On the way back, stop at the ruins of one of the most famous temples in Armenia, Zvartnots (7c.). Return to Yerevan. Within some minutes from treeless Sevan area with rich alpine vegetation you can find yourself in the thick forests of Dilijan. The climate is mild and sunny in Dilijan, useful for health; the air is filled with the breath of pine forests, rich in ozone. Stop in Dilijan, tour along the ethnographic street. Rising up along the narrow asphalt road in the woods to the wonderful monastery Haghartsin (10c.). Trip to Goshavank. After the tour return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
The tour starts at 10:00. Duration 6 hours. After breakfast, tour around the city. Ethnographic Museum of Erebuni. The fortress of Erebuni is located on the hill Arin Berda. It was built in 782 BC. Urartian king Argishti I.Then visit the carpet factory "Megeryan Karpet", where you can see the magic of Armenian hand-made carpets. If desired, we can conduct a master class on the fabric of carpets, as well as purchase carpets on site. Excursion to the Brandy Factory. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the history of cognac production in Armenia, learn about the stages of making Armenian cognac, and also enjoy the beauty, unique aroma and taste of various varieties of ARARAT cognacs from the primary source. After the optional visit to the shopping center.
Breakfast at the hotel. Later on excursion to Garni and Geghard. On the way, stop at the "Arch of Charents", where you can get a splendid view of the Biblical Ararat valley. Trip to the cave monastery Geghard (5-13cc.), the tomb of the princes Proshyan. The monastery consists of a large overhead temple and three churches hewn in solid rock. There are hundreds of natural and artificial caves in the vicinity. The Holy Spear that pierced Christ's body on the cross has been kept in the church. Now the Holy Spear (Geghard - Spear) has been kept in Echmiadzin Museum. The trip continues to the pagan temple of Hellenistic type, Garni (77 AD), tour of "Temple of the Sun" and the ancient royal bath, the only Hellenistic temple preserved up to now in the region. The temple is located on the edge of the scenic gorge. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
You can go on your own to the Souvenir Market "Vernissage", where you can buy pictures, carpets, tablecloths and products made of wood, stone, clay, ceramics, silver and other materials by handmade Armenian masters.
Departure from the hotel after the breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
